Appeared Personally Frederick Cheesman of Sandhurst in the County of Kent, Surgeon and made oath that he is one of the subscribed witnesses to the last Will and Testament of John Merrion late of Sandhurst in the County of Kent deceased bearing date the thirtieth day of November one thousand eight hundred and forty six and now hereunto annexed and he further made oath that on the thirtieth day of November aforesaid the said Testator duly executed his said Will by making his mark at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of John Osborn the other subscribed witness thereto both of whom were present at the same time and this deponent thereupon subscribed his name and the said John Osborn set his mark to the said will in the presence of the said Testator and of each other --- Frederick Cheesman---- on the 12th day of February 1847 the said Frederick Cheesman was duly sworn to the oath of this affidavit before me John Daubeny.
Proved at London the 17th Febuary 1847 before the Worshipful Robert Joseph Phillimore, Doctor or Laws and Surrogate by the oath of John Merrion the son the sole Executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
