* A Crayer = a small sailing cargo vessel
Item I geve and Bequeth to the said William Colyn and to the heyres of his body lawfully begotten
for evrmore all that my tent. wt thpprtenncs [tenement with the appurtenances] sett and lying in Eryth
aforsaid which I purchased of John Baster [Baxter]
And for defawte [default] of suche yssue [issue] the Remaynder thereof to Davy Mylner my Son to his heyres and assignes for evr
