In the Name of God Amen
I Joan Milner Widow late of Peckham in the County of Surry now of Maidstone in the County of Kent do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath all my wearing Apparel Household Goods Linen Plate and Rings to my three daughters Mary Milner Susannah Milner and Hester Milner to be divided amongst them or the Survivors of them share and share alike

I also give and bequeath all my Moneys and Annuities in the Government and other Securities to my Executrix hereinafter mentioned out of which my debts and Funeral Expences shall be discharged and the remainder divided between my three daughters Mary Milner Susannah Milner and Hester Milner or the Survivors of them Share and Share alike

Lastly I do nominate and appoint my daughter Mary Milner to be whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty three

Signed sealed and declared by the Testatrix Joan Milner to be her last Will and Testament in our presence who also subscribed the same as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testatrix

This Will was Proved at London the eleventh day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy before the Worshipful Andrew Coltee Duracel Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipful George Hay Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Mary Milner Spinster the daughter of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted having been first sworn duly to administer
