I Ann Milner of Maidstone in the County of Kent do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament

In the first place I give and bequeath to my three Sisters Mary Milner Susanna Milner and Hester Milner all my Interest in the Leasehold Estate of North Petherton near Bridgwater in the County of Somerset occupied by Samuel Wilcox

I give and bequeath to my Sisters Mary Milner Susanna Milner and Hester Milner to each of them Four hundred pounds of my reduced Annuities
I also give to my three Sisters Mary Susanna and Hester all my wearing apparel to be divided between them share and share alike

Lastly I constitute and appoint my Brother Doctor Thomas Milner Executor and Residuary Legatee of this my last Will and Testament which I have written with my own hand this eighteenth day of July in the year One thousand seven hundred and ninety one

On which Day Appeared Personally Mary Milner of Maidstone in the County of Kent Spinster and Susanna Milner of the same place Spinster and jointly and severally made Oath that they know and were acquainted with Ann Milner late of Maidstone aforesaid for some time before and at the time of her death and having frequently seen her write and subscribe her name are thereby become well acquainted with her manner and character of hand writing and subscription and having now carefully viewed and perused the paper writing hereunto annexed purporting to be and contain the last Will and Testament of the said deceased beginning thus “I Ann Milner of Maidstone in the County of Kent do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament” and ending thus “I have written with my own hand this eighteenth day of July in the year One thousand seven hundred and ninety one” and then subscribed “Ann Milner” they these appearers do verily and in their conscience believe the whole series and contents of the said paper writing beginning Ending and subscribed as aforesaid also the subscription thereto to be all the proper hand writing and subscription of her the said Ann Milner Spinster deceased
Same day the said Mary Milner and Susannah Milner were duly sworn to the truth of this Affidavit before me James Reeve Commissioner.

On the second day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight admon. [administration] with the will annexed of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Chattels [this should be Credits] of Ann Milner late of Maidstone in the County of Kent Spinster deceased was granted to Hester Milner Spinster the natural and lawful Sister of the said deceased and one of the next of kin of the said deceased having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
Thomas Milner Doctor of Physic the Brother of the said deceased sole Executor and Residuary Legatee named in the said Will dying in the life time of the Testatrix
