In the Name of God Amen
I Susanna Milner Spinster late of Packham [Peckham] in the County of Surry mow of Maidstone in the County of Kent do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath all my Wearing Apparel Household Goods Linnen Plate and Rings to my Mother Joan Milner and my two Sisters Mary Milner and Hester Milner to be divided amongst them or the Survivors of them share and share alike

I also give & bequeath all my Monies and Annuities in the Government and other Securities to my Executrix herein after mentioned out of which my Debts & Funeral Expences shall be discharged & the Remainder divided between my Mother Joan Milner and my two Sisters Mary Milner and Hester Milner above mentioned or the Survivors of them share & share alike

Lastly I do nominate & appoint my Sister Mary Milner to be whole & sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty second day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty three

Signed Sealed and declared by the Testatrix Susannah Milner to be her last Will and Testament in our presence who also Subscribed the same as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testatrix

This Will was proved at London the Thirtieth day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Mary Milner Spinster the Sister of the deceased the sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration as granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn (by Commission) duly to administer.

On the 13th day of Dec'r 1806 Admon. (with the Will annexed) of the Goods Chattels and Credits of Susannah Milner formerly of Peckham in the County of Surry but late of Maidstone in the County of Kent Spinster deceased left unadministered by Mary Milner Spinster deceased whilst living the Sister & sole Executrix Named in the said Will was granted to Hester Milner Spinster the natural and lawful Sister also and only surviving next of kin of the sd Deceased having been first sworn duly to adm'r.
No Res'ry [Residuary] Legatee and the said Mary Milner having made her Will and appointed the said Susanna Milner sole Executor who died in the lifetime of the said Mary Milner.
