In the Name of God Amen
I Mary Milner Spinster late of Peckham in the County of Surry [Surrey] now of Maidstone in the County of Kent do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath all my wearing Apparel Household Goods Linen Plate and Rings to my Mother Joan Milner and my two Sisters Susannah Milner and Hester Milner to be divided amongst them or the Survivors of them share and share alike

I also give and bequeath all my Moneys and Annuities in the Government and other Securities to my Executrix hereinafter mentioned out of which my Debts and Funeral Expences shall be discharged and the remainder to be divided between my Mother Joan Milner and my two Sisters Susannah Milner and Hester Milner above mentioned or the Survivors of them share and share alike

Lastly I do nominate and appoint my Sister Susannah Milner to be whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty second day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty three

Signed Sealed and declared by the Testatrix Mary Milner to be her last Will and Testament in our presence who also subscribed the same as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testatrix

On the twenty second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five Administration (with the Will annexed) of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Mary Milner formerly of Maidstone in the County of Kent but late of Saint Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex Spinster deceased was granted to Hester Milner Spinster the natural and lawful Sister (ad) only next of kin and a Legatee named in the said Will she having been first duly (sworn) to administer
(Susannah Milner Spinster the Sister of the deceased the sole Executrix dying in the Life time of the Testatrix and no Residuary Legatee being named in the said Will)
