This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Anne Milner of Preston Hall in the Parish of Aylesford in the County of Kent Spinster

First I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences to be fully paid & satisfied
I give and bequeath to Maria Bassett Spinster the sum of nineteen Guineas

Also to Harriet Wallis wife of John Wallis the like sum of nineteen Guineas to be paid to her free clear and independant of her said husband and not to be subject to his debts controul or engagements and her receipts alone to be a good and valid discharge to my said Executors hereinafter mentioned

And also the sum of ten Guineas to Jemima Fullager of the Parish of Aylesford

And as to the rest of my residue and remainder of any personal Estate I give and bequeath the same equally between my dear Brothers and Sister John Milner Henry Robert Milner and Caroline Elizabeth Blake Wife of Bryan Higgins Blake as tenants in common and not as joint tenants

And I hereby declare and nominate constitute and appoint the said John Milner and Henry Robert Milner Executors of this my Will and revoking all former Wills by me at any time made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ______ day of January in the year of our Lord 1836

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Anne Milner as and for her last Will and Testament who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other subscribe ourselves as Witnesses

It is also the last Will & Testament of the said Mary Anne Milner in the presence of the following Witnesses that if in England she wishes to be buried in the family vault at Aylesford : Preston Hall

In the Goods of Mary Anne Milner Spinster deceased
Appeared Personally Sir Percival Hart Dyke Baronet of Lullingstone Castle in the County of Kent and made oath that he is one of the subscribed Witnesses of the Execution of the last Will and Testament of Mary Anne Milner late of Preston Hall in the said County of Kent Spinster deceased hereunto annexed beginning thus: “This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Anne Milner of Preston Hall in the Parish of Aylesford in the County of Kent Spinster” ending thus “In Witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ______ day of January in the year of our Lord 1836” and thus subscribed “ Mary Anne Milner” and the deponent further made oath that the said Will was executed by the said deceased on or about the twenty ninth day of January last

On the 12th day of October 1836 the said Sir Percival Hart Dyke was duly sworn to the truth of this affidavit before me J. Addams Junr. P. K. Ed. Fielder Noty Public [Notary Public]

Proved at London with a Codicil 14th October 1836 before the Worshipful John Danbery Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Henry Robert Milner Esquire the Brother one of the Exors. to whom admon. was granted having been first sworn duly to admr.
Power reserved of making the like grant to John Milner Esqr. the Brother also the other Exor. when he shall apply for the same.
