I William Milner of Bearsted in the County of Kent (Gentleman) do at my decease hereby give & bequeath unto my beloved Wife Mary Ann Milner after the payment of my just and lawful debts funeral expences & the proving of this my Will all my Household furniture fixtures & effects plate wearing apparel book debts and monies arising from any source whatever
dated this 3rd day of May 1845

Witness: Robert Murton - John Budds

Appeared Personally John Budds of Bearsted in the County of Kent Grocer and made oath that on the third day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty five he was present and saw William Milner late of Bearsted aforesaid Gentleman now deceased sign his name Wm. Milner at the foot or end of his last Will and Testament now hereto annexed ending thus “this 3rd day of May 1845” and that such signature was made by the said Testator in the presence as well of this appearer as of Robert Murton being present at the same time and that he the appearer and the said Robert Murton attested the said Will and Subscribed their names as Witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator as the same now appear(s)

On the 26th February 1847 Admon. [Administration] (with the Will annexed) of the Goods Chattels and Credits of William Milner late of Bearsted in the County of Kent Gentleman deceased was granted to Mary Ann Milner Widow the Relict the sole legatee named in the said Will having been first sworn duly to administer. No Executor.
