My body to be buried in the churche yarde of Sutton
To the poor of the parishee of Sutton iiij d each that ys John Nytyngall and his wyffe, John Binge, Jone Orgard & John Perry

Itm I gyve & bequeathe to Annys Mombre my daughter XX ld To be paid her on her day of marriage by my executor
Itm I gyve & bequeathe to Thome Mombre my soone all my lands In the parishe of Sutton or ells where in the countie of Kente
Paying yerely to his mother owte of my said lands XV ld by the yere during her lyffe

All the resydewe of my goodes unbequeathed I gyve and bequeathe unto Annys my wyffe and Thome my Sonne to be equally devided between them
Whom I ordayne and make my executors to paye all my debtes and bequests in manr and forme aforesaid

Also I doe ordayne and make Robert Stoke of Norborne to be my overseer and he to have for his paynes tenne shillinge
Itm I gyve and bequethe to Vyncent Ladde my godson iij ewes To be paide immediately after my decesse.
