There then follows a long text in Latin, written by Vincent Denne LLB, the gist of which
appears to concern a dispute over the probate of the above will of Thomas Mombre [son of
Thomas & Agnes] between Agnes Mombre widow and relict, executrix vs. Robert Stock & William Toose.
Judgement made 22 Nov 1564? by Vincent Denne in favour of Agnes Mumbray, widow; notary Thomas Cranmer is also mentioned.
[Note Agnes must have died sometime in the period of about Apr-Sep 1573 Barham according to her own will made 24
