To be buried in the churchyard of Brabourne
For my tythes forgotten 12 pence
To the Cross light 8 pence
To the light of St Cyriac 8 pence
To the light of St John 8 pence
To the thorch light 8 pence
For the gilting of the rood and the cow the church had from me 10 shillings.
Item: I bequeath 12 loads of stone or gravel to be laid between my place and the foreland.
Item: I will there be made and done a mass at my monthly mind, a day in the said church for the souls of father and mother and all Christian souls, 8 masses and again at my years mind.

Item: To Margaret my wife 20 marcs which were promised to her at the time of our marriage, to be paid for out of my farm.
Item: To Margaret my wife my nether place with 3 pieces of land called the fore acre, Clykmill and Gotelen Mead with all such woods for her use, using the timber that is growing at the time of her widowhood keeping the hall repaired and paying the rents to the lords for the fee.

Item: To the said Margaret all my household stuff except a cupboard, 2 kine and 2 hoggs.
Item: To each of my daughters 5 marcs.
Item: All the rest of my goods to William my brother and William Moon my son whom I make executors.
Richard Halke of Wye to be overseer.

Item: My lands next to Thomas Hawkyn Fuller to be sold to pay my debts.
Item: My other lands to be equally divided between William, Peter and Sampson Moon my sons,
if they all die to my daughters Margery, Agnes, Mildred and Joan.
If they all die 4 parts to John Moon my brothers son, 4 parts to Geoffrey Moon his brother and 2 parts to the convent house at ..... to pray for me.
