Item: To my son Sampson and to his heirs my house in Brabourne in the which I now dwell and all the lands belonging to the same containing ? acres.
Item: To the same Sampson my son 3 acres late purchased of William Dewer called Mottys in Brabourne.
Item: To the same Sampson my son and to his heirs 4 acres called Cloke Mill and my wood called West Wood containing 10 acres

Item: To Michael my son and to his heirs my little house called Cantes and a garden and hemp land and an old house to the same in Brabourne.

Item: To William and Richard my sons and to their heirs equally between them my lands which I have sold to Rygden and bought again
to Richard my son two... steers and at next Michelmas to be delivered to my son William one couple of steers.

Item: To Henry my son two kine at 20 years of age.
Item: To each of my daughters Margery and Alice �6, 13 shillings and 8 pence to be paid at 20 years of age if the one die the other to be her heir.

Item: Sampson my son to pay my sons Michael, Richard, William and Henry to each of them �6, 13 shillings and 4 pence within 2 years of my decease next after they commeth of age.
Item: I will that Henry and Michael my sons and William and to be kept at school till they read and write.

I make my wife my executor and Robert Kennet my overseer, 10 shillings for his troubles.
