To be buried in the churchyard of Brabourne.
To feed the poor at my funeral 6 shillings and 8 pence.

My last will concerning my lands and movables, if they will not pay my debts and discharge the band that my brother Pettyt and my brother Richard are bound in for me then I wish that my brother Pettyt and my father Paterson shall sell my lands to the best price to help pay my debts.

I will that Thomas my son shall have what is left at 18 years of age.
I will that my wife shall have the keeping of my son so long as it shall please my brother Pettyt he paying her within reason for his keeping and to have the custody of the said overprice to the use and profit of my son.

I make this my last will and testament, my brother Richard Moon and my father Paterson my executors and my brother Pettyt overseer, for their pains 10 shillings.

Symon Howlen, Henry Morley, William Wraith Reynold Amye.

If Thomas do die before 18, my lands to be sold and the money divided between my brothers.
