Also I give and devise all and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever whether in possession reversion remainder or Expectancy with their and every of their appurtenances unto and to the use of my said brothers George Morgan and Giles Morgan their several heirs and Assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants
also I give and bequeath unto the said George Morgan and
Giles Morgan their executors and administrators the sum of six hundred and sixty six
pounds thirteen shillings and four pence three pounds per centum consolidated
Bank Annuities being part of the said annuities standing in my name upon this
special trust and confidence that they the said George Morgan and Giles Morgan and
the survivor of them his executors and administrators do and shall from time to time
reveive the dividends and interest of the same sum of six hundred and sixty six pounds
thirteen shillings and four pence three pounds per centum Bank Annuities and pay
the same by half yearly payments unto my Brother James Morgan of Hearne in the said County
Gentleman for and during the term of his natural life the first payment thereof to be
made on the first of the said days of payment of the said dividends at the Bank of
England which shall happen next after my decease
and from and immediately after the decease of the said James Morgan then I give and bequeath the
said sum of six hundred and sixty six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence three pounds per
centum Bank Annuities and all the arrears of dividends which Shall be then due thereon
from the last day of payment of Interest next proceeding such decease of the said James
Morgan and all the Stocks Funds and securities wherein the said sum of six hundred and
sixty six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence three pounds per centum Bank
Annuities shall be then invested unto the said George Morgan and Giles Morgan their
respective executors administrators and Assigns equally to be divided between them
share and share alike.
Also I give and bequeath unto the four eldest children of my said Brother James Morgan the sum of ffifty pounds apiece of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to them respectively at their respective ages of twenty one years with interest in the meanwhile from the time of my decease at the rate of four pounds per centum per annum But in case all or any of the said four children shall depart this life under the said age of twenty one years then and in such case I order and direct that the Legacy or Legacies of him her or them so dying shall fall into the residue of my personal estate and be deemed as part thereof
Also I give and bequeath unto Mary Timms the Wife of John Timms Gentleman late
Mary Taylor Spinster all my wearing apparel of every sort and kind to be delivered to
her within one calendar month next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto the said Mary Timms the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful Money
of Great Britain to be paid by my said executors within three calendar months next after my
decease if she shall be then living but not otherwise into her own proper hands for her
own separate use exclusive of her present or any after taken husband And not to be
subject to his or their debts control intermeddling or enquiry.
And I do hereby declare that the receipt of the said Mary Timms for the said Sum of one hundred
pounds under her hand alone and without her present of any after taken husband shall
be a sufficient discharge at Law and in Equity to my said Executors for the same
also I give and bequeath my watch rings and jewels unto my niece Mary Ann
Morgan eldest daughter of my said Brother George Morgan
Also I Give and bequeath unto my faithful servant (written in between the lines) Sarah
Chambers Spinster the sum of five hundred pounds three pounds per centum consolidated Annuities
to be paid and transferred to her within one calendar month next after my decease and in case it
shall happen that at my decease I shall not be possessed of such annuities to that
amount over and above what are before given in trust for my said brother James Morgan then
it is my will that such deficiency shall be made up by the payment of so much money
to the said Sarah Chambers as would have purchased on the day of my death as much
of the said Bank Annuities as shall be so deficient or fall short of the said sum of
ffive hundred pounds Bank Annuities and I Give and bequeath the same to her
accordingly provided always that in case at the time of my decease the said Sarah
Chambers shall not be single and unmarried and also shall not be then living with me
then and in either of the said cases the bequest of the said sum of ffive hundred
pounds Bank Annuities and money in lieu thereof shall be void.
And I give and bequeath all the residue of my Goods Chattels plate Linen china Monies Securities for
Money Bonds Bills Notes rents and arrears of rent and all other my personal Estate
and Effects whatsoever of every sort or kind which shall remain and be left after
payment of my just debts legacies ffuneral charges the costs of proving this my last will
and testament and other as incidental expences Unto my said brothers George
Morgan and Giles Morgan their Executors Administrators and Assigns equally to be
divided between them share and share alike. In witness whereof I the said testatrix
ffrances Morgan have to the first sheet of this my last will and testament contained in
two sheets of paper set my hand and to the second or last sheet thereof my hand and
seal the day and year first above written Francis Morgan SS Signed Sealed
published and declared by the said testatrix ffrances Morgan as and for her last
will and testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the
presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our Names as witnesses.

This Will was proved at London the fourth day of December In the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of George Morgan and Giles Morgan the Brothers of the deceased and the Executors named in the said Will to whom admon was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of the deceased they having been first sworn by commission duty to administer.
