To be buried in the church yard at Wingham.
To the repair of the church at Wingham 10 shillings.
Item: to John Morris my son my best feather bed with the sheets and my best brass pot, 2 silver spoons, one chest standing in the buttery and 16 quarters of malt to be delivered to him at my decease..
Item: I ask that John my son shall give to Mr Harland at Easter next �5, 5 shillings and 10 pence.

Item: to Henry Morris my second son my second brass pot, one ship chest, two silver spoons, two pewter platters, one pewter dish, one pair of sheets and one bedstead the which I lay on.

Item: to Richard Morris my son, one silver spoon, my second cauldron, one pair of sheets. Two pewter platters, one pewter dish and my best coverlet.

Item: to Edmund Morris my son, one little brass pot, two of my best sheets, my best jerkyn and my best hose.
Item: to Ann Morris my daughter �10 to be paid by Henry when she is 16.
If he does not pay she can enter my house and take to the value of �10, if she die the money to go to Christian Morris.
Item: to Bartholomew Morris my son, one featherbed and one cauldron with a .......

Item: Richard my son shall pay to Averall at the feast of St Michael next remaining for the term of his house 10 shillings and for the chalk pit. I will that he shall stand and remain certain stuff in my house where I now dwell that is to say in the hall the table, the form, the ... with the mutt and two gridirons, one in the hall and the other in the kitchen and all the shelves in the buttery and the shop.

Item: to Humphrey Morris my son �20 at 23.
Item: to Robert Morris my son when he is 23 �20.
If they die the money is to be paid to Christian Morris and the others. The �40 is in the hands of John Terry.

Item: Thomas Atwell and Henry Morris to pay my wife Margaret �4 yearly until Humphrey is 23. She to help my son Robert until he is 16.
Item: to John Cowell 10 shillings and 10 pence.
Item: Margaret to pay Christian Morris �5 at 15.
Item: All the rest of my estate to my wife Margaret.

Item: I give to Henry Morris my son my tenement where I now dwell and all the lands with it where John Cowell dwelleth.
Item: Margaret my wife shall have the occupation until St Michael next after my decease, Henry to pay Edmund his brother �10.
Item: Margaret my wife to have the tenement of Averall dwelleth with all the lands until my son Bartholomew is 23. Item: My son Richard to have 2 acres of land called Large Petts forever.
I will that Richard shall have barn room for his corn where Averall dwelleth.
Item: to Margaret my wife one bushel of grey peas, one bushel of yellow peas, one bushel of oats in consideration for the room for his corn.
Item: to Richard a bushel of wheat.
Item: If Margaret my wife shall make any claim for her dower out of my lands then all the legacies given to her to be void. She to only have her dower and the goods given to be divided amongst her children
