To be buried in the churchyard of Seasalter.
Item: to Sarah Morris my daughter one hundred pounds and my two houses at Borstall and with three acres of land laying at Clapham Hill, when she is 18 to be paid by my executrix, Mary my wife.

Item: to the child that my wife goeth with, if it shall be a male child shall have one hundred pounds and my house in Canterbury in (Ivy) lane and the house at Wingham and the two acres of meadow that go with it.

Item: to Thomas Stokes the son of Martin Stokes ten pounds at the age of 21, if he die before that age to his brother Christopher Stokes.
Item: to my sister Christian Morris 20 shillings and to each of her three children 20 shillings one year after my decease.
Item: to the two sons of Edmund Morris 20 shillings.

Item: if the child my wife goeth with do die I will my house at Canterbury in Ivy Lane to my brother Robert Morris and his son but not to enter them until my wife decease.
Also if my daughter Sarah should die before 18, then I will the houses in Borstall and Clapham hill to him but after my wife�s decease.

Item: If Sarah should die I give the one hundred pounds to Edmund Morris and his two sons, to be divided between them at 18.
Item: the hundred pounds I give to the child my wife goeth with, if it should die will go to Robert Morris and his children.
Item: to the poor of Seasalter 40 shillings to be paid 10 shillings a year to all is paid.

Item: I give to Edmund Morris �3 and make him my overseer of the will.
Item: to Edmund Samstone 40 shillings.
Item: All the rest of my goods I leave to my wife Mary Morris whom I make sole executor
