In the nam of God Amen the tenth day of Aprill in the year of our Lord 1717
I William Morter of Marden in the county of Kent do make and ordain This my last will and Testament in maner and form as foloweth
Item I give my sowle to God hoping for salvation by Jesus Christ and my body to the Earth whene it came to be buried by my Executrix

Item I give to my lovin wife Susan Morter all my lands and tenements and all my goods an chatels dewering har naturall lif or so long as she lives a widow
and after my wife deses I will this hows where I now dwell and premises belongin therto to William Jurden my granson and I give the hows last in the oquepation of John Knowles to Henery Jurden my granson boat suns of my dafter Katern Jurden

Item my mind and will is that all my moveable goods an chatels after my wifes deses to be equally devided betwen John Jurden Frances Jurden Susan Jurden and Kathurn Jurden my gran Children children of my dafter Katren Jorden And If any dy befor they com to the age of twent one years It shall be equaly devided to thos that shall be then living

Item I give to Robert Turner my wifes brother twenty shillings after my wifes deses

This is the Last will and testament of mee William Morter to witch I make Susan Morter my loving wif my sole Extrex
and I order my sun in law Henery Jorden my trustee after my wifes deses.
