Item I give to Margaret my yongest daughter my blacke cowe with my best bedsteed and best bed furnished, my newe cheste, my best brasse
pot and my best kettle
Item I give unto my three daughters all the linen in the newe chest equally to be devided by myne overseers
All the rest of my goods and chattells I give and bequeathe unto Martha and Margaret my daughters to be evenlie distributed by myne overseers
likewise And this is my will touchinge all my goods and chattells
Concerninge my lands ten[emen]ts and heredit[a]m[en]ts I doe give and bequeath them all unto John Mount my sonne and to the heires of his bodie lawfully begotten And yf yt happen that he my said sonne die and depart this mortall lyf without heires then my will is that the said lands with all there appurtenannces remayne unto my other children and there heires
Provided alwayes and my mind is that Margaret my daughter shall have all the use profit and commoditie of all my houses and lands exceptinge the benefit of woods and underwoods for the full and whole space of two yeres next & imediatelye followinge my deathe without the interruption of anye whomesoever or of John Mount my sonne aforesaid whome I make and ordeine my sole and whole executor of this my last will and testament

Clement Mount and Ann Fowle, both of this parish, married on 7 Jul 1560 at Biddenden.
Known children (all baptised at Biddenden): 14 Dec 1561 Mary; 28 May 1570 George; 25 Jan 1572 Margaret.
