I Give and bequeath unto my two Sons Samuel Mourilyan and John Mourilyan the Sum of Four hundred pounds apiece of lawful Money of
Great Britain to be paid unto them Severally and respectively by my Executrix hereinafter named when and as they shall Severally attain
to their respective Ages of One and Twenty years
And in Case either of them my said Sons Samuel Mourilyan and John Mourilyan shall happen to die under the said Age of One and Twenty years
then I Give and bequeath the said Legacy or Sum of Four hundred pounds of him so Dying unto the
Survivor of them to be paid to such Survivor when such Survivor shall attain his said Age of One and Twenty Years
And if it shall happen that both my said Sons Samuel Mourilyan and John Mourilyan shall dye under the said Age of One and Twenty years then my Will and Mind is that the Legacies hereinbefore Given to them my said Sons shall not be paid to their Representative but the same shall be Deemed and taken to be part of the Residue of my Personal Estate and shall accordingly go and remain to my Executrix hereinafter named to and for her own use and Benefit
And as to all the Rest and Residue of my Goods, Chattels, Effects, Debts, due and owing to me, Money, Securities for Money in any of the Public Stocks or Funds and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same shall Exist and be at the time of my Decease (all my Just Debts, Funeral Expences and the Legacies so as aforesaid by me Given and bequeathed if they shall to be place being thereout first paid and satisfied) I do hereby Give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my well beloved Wife Amy Mourilyan to and for her own use and Benefit
And I hereby Constitute and Appoint my said Wife Amy Mourilyan full and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And Lastly I revoke all former Wills by me in made
In Witness whereof I the said Samuel Mourilyan the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament
set my hand and Seal the Fifth day of May in the Ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord

who have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereto in his presence and at his request

This Will was proved at London the Twenty fifth day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand
Seven hundred and Sixty nyne before the Worshipful Thomas Bever, Doctor of Laws,
Surrogate of the Right Worshipful George Hay also Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of
the Prerogative court of Canterbury lawfully Constituted by the Oath of Amy Mourilyan Widow the
Relict of the Deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was
Granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased she having been first Sworn Duly to Administer
