In dei noie Amen In the year of our lord god a thousand v xlvj and in the third day of May.
I Andrew Modle of the parish of Harrietsham in the county of Kent being in good memory and full rememberence make my testament and last will in manner and form following First I bequeath my Soul to almighty god to our lady saint Mary and to all the holy company of heaven. And my body to be buried in the church yard of Harrietsham aforesaid.

Also I will my house in Harrietsham and all the lands appertaining to the same to Isabell my wife during her life And after her decease to Richard my son

And so bequeath to either of my three daughters Joane, Clemenie? and Johane twenty shillings and to them nothing for his ... in my house and garden lying and being in Lenham which house and garden .... by my said wife but to suffer his three brothers Robert William and Harry peasebly to engage the same.

The residue of all my goods I give and bequeath to Isabell my wife whom I make and ordain my sole executrix of this my last will and testament
And she to dispose for my soul health in dirges? massses? alms and other charitable deeds and to .. tho.. dering of my children after her diserecoy? and to pay my debts specially xls to the parish church of Harrietsham
