June the fifth 1658 In the name of God Amen. I Henery Muddle of the parish of Lawesdowne In the Isle of Sheppie the County of Kent yeoman being sick of body but of perfect memory praise be God for yet do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as followeth Imprimis First I bequeath my Soul into the hand of Almighty God which first gave it me trusting in the Death and passion of his well beloved Son my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to have a free remission of all my sins And my body to the Earth where of that was and as for my worldly Goods I Give and dispose as hereafter followeth.

Item I Give unto my Brother James Muddle all my wearing Clothes Linen and woollen.
Item I Give to Mary Muddle the daughter of James Mudle Forty Shillings to be paid unto her at Twenty years of Age.
Item I Give to Edward Muddle the son of Edward Muddle Forty Shillings to be paid at Twenty years of Age.
Item I Give to Katherine Basset Five pounds for keeping of my Boy this year.

Item I Give to my Son John Muddle All my Goods Corn and Cattell housal stuff and all whatsoever paying all of my Debts out of it.
Item I make Thomas Hugenes [Hudgenes in probate] of Milton Ship Carpenter my whole Executor and for his pains I Give to him Five pounds.
