The last will and Testament Nuncupative of William Mombray late whilest he lived of the parish of Deale in the County of Kent and within the Dioces of Canterbury deceased by him uttered and declared in the time of his sickness whereof he dyed and about two days next before his death he being then though weake in body yett of good and perfect minde and memory and haveing a full intent and purpose to dispose of his estate & make his will by word of mouth in these or the like words following (vizt) the said deceased being putt in minde to sett his house in order and to dispose of his tem- porall estate he made an sweare in these or the very like words in effect

I give all that I have to my wife (meaning Joane his then wife and now relict) and leave all to her dispose

with words he soe uttered in the presence and heareing of Master John Sackett Clerke Rector of Great Mongham and Jane Mullett wife of Richard Mullett

Witnesses John Sackett - the marke of the said Jane Mullett [the married daughter of William Mumbray]

Notes:
There exists a probate account for William Mumbray, Baker of Deal, 1664 (PRC19/3/34).
William Mumbray was buried at Deal St Leonard 14 Aug 1661. Joane Mumbray, widdow was buried there 15 Aug 1666.
He married Joanna SAMPSON on 7 Novmber 1622 at Saint Martin's, the parish church of Great Mongeham, Kent.
