I Give and Bequeath unto my loving wife Mary the Yearly Sum of Ten Pounds to be paid unto her yearly and every Year during the Term of the natural Life by Quarterly Payments out of my Personal Estate to and for her maintenance the first Payment thereof to be made within three months next after my Decease by my Executors I also give and bequeath unto my said loving Wife Mary my best Bed Bedstead and Furniture thereunto belonging and also so much of my Household Goods Furniture and Linen sufficient to furnish one Room convenient for her Use to be chosen by her and delivered to her by my Executor within one month next after my Decease
All the rest and residue of all my Goods Chattels and Personnel Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after all my Debts ffuneral Expenses and Legacies herein by me bequested in this my said together with the Charges of maintaining and bringing up my Younger Children are all fully satisfied Discharged and paid I give and bequeath unto my Five Children viz Elizabeth Thomas Anne Margaret and Richard Munn to be divided equally between them. Share and Share alike and to be paid unto each of them as they shall severally attain to their Ages of Twenty one Years by my Executors and it is my Mind and Will that if any of my Five Children shall Depart this Life before the Time of the Payment of his or her Legacy that then his or her Part of Share so Dying shall be divided equally between the Survivors of Them
And I hereby nominate Constitute and Appoint my Two Sons Benjamin Munn
and Thomas Munn Joint Executors in trust to see this my last Will and
Testament performed In Witness whereof I the said Benjamin Munn have
hereunto set my Hand and affixed my seal the Day and Year first above
written Benj: Munn Signed Sealed and declared by the said Benjamin Munn as
for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of Us who were present at
the Signing and Sealing thereof

Proved on the 28th October 1747 by Mary Munn the natural and lawful Mother and Guardian of the children and Thomas Munn son of the deceased and one of the residual Legatees named in the will. Benjamin Munn Son of the deceased having first duly renounced

1 Benjamin - brother of Thomas of Fairfield (see Will) and Sybil Munn.
2 He married Mary Gutsall in Rye in 1707 and had Children John (died see
Elizabeth Munn Will) Mary, Benjamin, and Sybil.
3 Mary Gutsall died in 1721 and Benjamin remarried Mary ? whose
5 surviving children are listed in the will
4 Mary died 1765
