I Jno Munns of Milton next Gravesend in the County of Kent Shopkeeper do make this my last Will and Testament

First I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved Wife Mary Munns All my Stock in Trade Household Goods Plate Linen and China

I give and bequeath to my Son John Munns and my Nephew Edward Murrell all my Money in the Public Funds Bills Bonds and other Moneys or Money upon Security In Trust to permit my said Wife Mary Munns to take the Interest for and during her natural life or so long as she may continue my Widow

In Case my said Wife Married again then I give and bequeath to my said Wife Mary Munns One third Part of all my Money in the Public Funds Bills Bonds and other Moneys or Money upon Security And I desire my aforesaid Son and Nephew to apply the Interest of the said remining Two thirds for the Use of my Children who may be under the Age of twenty one the said two thirds of all my Money in the Public Funds Bills Bonds and other Moneys or Money upon Security shall be equally divided between my Children Viz John Munns Mary Munns Thomas Munns James Munns Elizabeth Munns and William Munns

unless my said Wife Mary Munns shall die my Widow then the whole of all my Money in the Public Funds Bills Bonds and other Moneys or Money upon Security to be divided among my aforesaid Children

I do hereby appoint my said Wife Mary Munns Executrix my Son John Munns and Edward Murrell Executors of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness thereon I set my Hand and Seal this 17th day of Aug in the Year of our Lord 1808 John Munns _
