This is the Laste will of me thaforsayd John Myllon made the day and yere above written

Firste I will Roberte my sone all the houses at Westwell Streate Smithe wt [with] their Appurten[a]nces, saving the midle house that mother Wattes dwellethe in Wiche I give unto my wyf during her lyf tyme
Item I will that Roberte my sone pay to his mother as longe as she lyvethe a xiijs iiijd [13s 4d] that is to say a iijs iiijd qaterly [quarterly] unto [out?] of the sayd howses, And after the decease of Margery my wyf I will that the sayd howse remayne to Roberte my sone

Item I will to Rycharde my sone my howse at Hothefeled Hothe when he comethe to thage of xxt [20] yeres,
And his mother shall have the farme of the sayd house unto the tyme Richard my sone come to the forsayd age, keping the Reparaccons thereof
Item I will if it fortune my sone Richard to die before the sayd age, Then I will the sayd house to Margery my wyf during her lyfe tyme, keping the reparaccons thereof, And after her decease I will it to Roberte my sone

Item that if it fortune Roberte to die wtoute [without] heires of his body lawfully begotten Then I will all my sayd howses at Westwell Strete to Richard his brother
Item I will that if it fortune Rycharde my sone to die wtoute [without] heires of his body lawfully begotten, Then I will the house at the hothefelde hothe with all thappurtennces to Robert my sone

Item I will that Rychard my sone shall pay to his mothr by yere when he shall come to his house at hothefelde hothe a xiijs iiijd
