In the Name of God Amen I John Nordish of the Parish of Meopham in the County of Kent Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

First I desire that all my Just Debts are paid and satisfied
Then I give and bequeath to my Son John Nordish the Sum of Two Shillings and six pence per Week and every Week during his life to be paid him by my Executor hereinafter named the first payment on the first Sunday next after my decease

I also give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Nordish my Son William Nordish my Daughter Mary Wright Wife of William Wright and my Daughter Hannah Bennett Wife of Thomas Bennett the Sum of One hundred pounds each of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to them by three Instalments that is to say Fifty Pounds to each of them in one Year twenty five pounds more to each of them in two Years and the other twenty five pounds in three Years after my decease
if any of them die before the whole is paid then their Children to receive no more than the half part of the same which shall remain unpaid after their decease
if Mary Wright die none to be paid to any person of her part after her decease

All the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels and Effects of what kind soever I give and bequeath to my Son Henry Nordish
And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son Henry Nordish whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my seal and mark this twenty second day of January one thousand Eight hundred and ten The mark of X John Nordish
