I give and bequeath unto my Nephews John Huggens and George Huggens All that the sum of three thousand three hundred and fifty pounds three Per cent consolidated bank annuities now standing in my name in the books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England and all and every other sum and sums of money which now is or that shall be standing in my name or in the name of any other person or persons In trust for me in the books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I give unto my said nephew John Huggens the Silver Cup with the Case thereto belonging which was given and presented to my late brother David Pordage Gentleman in the year One thousand eight hundred and eight by the Strood Oyster Fishery at which time he held the office of Principal Water Bailiff under the Mayor and Corporation of the said City and the same was presented to my said brother as a token of their regard for him as an honest and upright Man
And as to the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate whether consisting of monies securities for money Stock in the Public Funds Bills bonds notes furniture goods wearing apparel linen plate chattels rights credits and effects whatsoever and wheresoever which I shall die possessed of interested in or be entitled to at the time of my decease (save and except the Silver Cup which I have before given unto my said Nephew George Huggens) subject to and from and after the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary charges and all other incidental expences I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said two Nephews John Huggens and George Huggens to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I do declare that it shall and may be lawful to and for my Executor hereinafter named to deduct and retain and reimburse himself out of the monies arising from my said personal estate all costs charges duty and expences which he shall pay expend sustain or be put unto or which he shall incur in or about the execution of this my will or any suit act matter or thing relating thereto
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew John Huggins sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this only to be and contain my last will and testament
