Item I give to my grandson Will Harden my best bed and bedsted as it is now standing if he be good
Item all the rest of my estate real and personall, Goods, Lands, Tenements, Hereditaments, plate, goods and house holdstuffe whatsoever I give unto my grandchildren William Harden, Anne Roby, Edward Roby, George Roby, Ellen Small, Elizabeth Small and Robert Small to be equally divided amongst them, soon after my decease
Alsoe I make and appoint my sonn Robert Small of Deale aforesaid ironmonger to be Executer to this my last will and Testament, renounceing all other Wills whatsoever before made by me

Robert Small, bachelor of Ash and Eleanor Brother, Singlewomen of Deal, on 3rd April 1699 at Ash (next Sandwich) by Licence.
Edward Roby, Bachelor of Deal and Elizabeth Brothers, singlewoman of Deal, on 5th October 1697 at St. Mary the Virgin, Wingham, Kent, by Licence.
Daughter Jane's marriage is possibly to an Edward Gibbins of Deal.
