In the name of God Amen this is the last will & testament of me William Sackett the yere of o[u]r Lorde M CCCCC XI
good & full mynde make my testament in this man[ne]r of wyse I bequeath my soule to Allmyghty God to o[u]r lady & to all sents [=saints] in Heven & my body to be buried in the churchyarde of Sent John in the i[s]le of t[h]anet

And Itm I bequeath to the hye aultr for forgoten tythes iijs & for iiijd
Itm I bequeath [mark/sign]? to sent [=Saint] Latyd lyght a bushell barly
Itm I bequeath to sent [=Saint] Antonys lyght a bushell of barly
Also I wyll that Alice my wyfe shall have all my movabylls paying my dettes & my bequestes

Also I wyll Alec my wyfe & John my sone shalbe myn executors ?

This is the last will of the forsaid Willm ye day above wrytyn the yere of Kyng Harry the VIIIth the iij yere

I Wyll'm wyll yt my feoffees Thom's Culmer Robert Lucas Will'm Gavyroy Will'm Farmer? shall sell as muche land as shall pay my detts yf my movabylls be not abyll to stretch so said

Also the residewes of my landes & tenementes my dettes & bequestys payd I wyll yt my feoffees shall suffer Alice my wyfe to occupye my tenement & landes deuryng her lyff paying ye lorde of the fee & aftr the decease of Alice my wyf I wyll that my landes & tenementes shall remayne to John my son
