In the name of god Amen the eleventh day of December Anno domini 1621 in the nyneteenth yeere of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lord James by the grace of god King of England France and Ireland defender of the faith etc And of Scotland the lvth
I Nicholas Saffery of Deale in the Countie of Kent Carpenter make and ordaine my present testament and last will in maner and forme following

first I give and bequath to my daughter Katherine my longest table in the hall to be delivered to her at her day of mariage
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Jone best bedstedle to be deliverd to her at the day of her mariage
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Annis my presse cupbord standing in my best chamber wherein I lie
Item I give and bequeath to my sonne Jefferie the lease of my house where I dwell after the decease of Margaret my wife

Item I give and bequeath to my two youngest sonnes Nicholas and John all my working tooles belonging to my trade
All the rest of my goods moveable and Immoveable I give and bequeath to the said Margaret my wife whome I make and ordaine sole executrix of this my present testament and will that shee shall pay my debts and funerall chargs

In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand marke the day and yeere above said
the marke of the abovenamed Nicholas Safferie
