The last will and testement nuncupative of Sara Saffrey late of the parish of Ashe in the Countie of Kent virgin deceased By her uttered and declared in the tyme of the sicknes whereof she died And within or about two or three daies next before her death she being at the tyme in sound and perfect understanding sence and memorie in these or the like words and in this manner following: that is to say;

She willed to gave to her uncle Edward Baker the money which Daniel Safferie owed her,
And to his wife her Aunt Baker two paire of sheetes;
Further she gave to Elizabeth Solley her Aunts daughter all the money due to her by Osmund Safferie together with a table Cloth and a dozen of napkins;

And of foure pounds which she then had in her owne keeping she gave xx s to her said uncle Baker,
And to the three servant maids in her father in law Mr Stephen Solleys house five shillings apeece,
to her three god children x s a peece;

And the residue of the same foure pounds together with all the money which John Bax of Ash owed to her by bonnd and the tenne pounds legacy to her given in her late fathers will then in the hands of Mr Stephen Solley her said father in law and the rest of the money and things which were in her owne power to dispose of she gave to her brother Samuel Safferie;

There being present together and witness of the promisses
