First I do give unto my daughter An Clotheron my house and twenty perches of land more or less thereunto belonging for fower
yeares after my decease Lying in Norhtborn aforesaid,
and after the fower yeares expired, my will is, That my Sonn Christopher Safery shall have the on half of the said house and
Land aforesaid, with my daughter
Item if my said sonn and daughter shall dy with out heyres Lafully begotten, Then my will is, That the children of my daughter Elizabeth March, shall have the said house and land thereunto belonging, to them and their heyres for ever
Item I do give unto my sonn Stephen Saffery xij d in mony to bee paid within half a yeare after my decease
Item I do give unto my daughter Elyzabeth March xij d in mony to bee paid within half a yeare after my decease,
All the rest of my moveable Goods, I do give unto my Daughter Ann Clotheron, whome I do ordaine and make my sole Execturix of
this my last will and Testament,
