Imprimis I give and bequeath to my well beloved Daughters Ann and Elizabeth Sale all and singular my Real Estate and personal to be equally divided between them the said Ann and Elizabeth Sale aforesaid by even and equal proportions together with all my household goods debts and moveable effects to be by them freely possessed and enjoyed
Item I give and bequeath to my aforesaid Daughter Ann the sum of Twelve pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain which said twelve pounds was given to my deceased husband James Sale by his Uncle Samuel Sale to be by the said Ann my aforesaid daughter freely possessed and enjoyed
And in case my aforesaid two daughters shall happen to die I give and bequeath to my beloved brother
Richard Baker the sum of fifty pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be by him freely possessed and
enjoyed
Item I give and bequeath to my beloved brother William Baker the sum of fifty pounds of lawfull money of
Great Briatain to be by him freely possessed and enjoyed
And with the proviso of my two daughters decease as aforesaid I give and bequeath to my well beloved
sister Ann Baker the sum of one hundred pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be by her freely
possessed and enjoyed
Item I give and bequeath to my honoured father Richard Baker and to Robert Sale of the parish of Limsfield in the County of Surry and to my honoured mother Ann Baker and also to my beloved brother William Baker the sum of ten shillings and six pence to buy each of them a ring whom I likewise constitute make and ordain my sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former Testaments Wills Legacys
and bequests and executors by me in any ways before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and
confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal the day and year before written Mary Sale Signed Sealed published and declared by the said
Mary Sale as her last Will and Testament in presence of us subscribers

This Will was proved at London the nineteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty seven before the Worshipfull Richard Smallbroke Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir George Lee Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of William Baker the brother of the deceased and one of the Executors to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the deceased having been first sworn duly to administer (Power reserved of making the like grant to Richard Baker the Father Ann Baker the Mother of the said deceased and Robert Sale the other Executors when they or other of them shall apply for the same)
