Memorandum Will that Mary Savage of Kingsnorth in the County of Kent Widow lately deceased being of perfect mind and memory and having an Intent to make her last will and Testamt. did on or about the Fiveteenth day of March Anno Dini 1717/18 in the Sickness whereof she died declare the same as followeth, vizt.

That she desired to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner
that her son William Savages two Children should have five pounds apiece
and that her son Thomas Savage should have the ?? (black bleed-through) delivered to him which she had of his

and after that she desired that all and every Particular thing she left behind her in the Worke? should be equally divided between her Son William Savage, her Son Thomas Savage and her Daughter Mary Bourne

and that the said deceased did then declare her will in the words above written or in words to the same effect and Substance in the Presence of Mathew Marsh, Thomas Hills and Mary Hills and that she the said Mary Savage deceased did bid some or one of them the said Mathew Marsh, Thomas Hills and Mary Hills take notice what she so declared was her Last Will or Words to the Like Effect

Witnesseth our hands Mathew Marsh - the mark of Thomas Hills - the mark of Mary Hills

Probatum fuit: [Latin] Decimo quinto die Maij Anno Dini 1718 [15th May 1718]

Notes:
Mary Savage was buried at St. Michael, Kingsnorth on 18th March 1718. Her husband Thomas Savage was buried there on 3rd March 1709/10.
Thomas Savage had married Mary Baker: 18th June 1681 at Kingsnorth.
They had 5 children between 1669 and 1683 – all christened at Kingsnorth.
