First I constitute and appoint my Brothers John Savage and William Savage Joint Executors of this my Will and I do desire to be decently buried by and at the discretion of my said Executors
Also I give and bequeath unto Charles Savage and Richard John Savage (the two Children of my late Brother Richard Savage deceased) the Sum of One hundred and Fifty pounds a piece to be paid unto them at their respective ages of Twenty one years
Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister Eleanor the Wife of Richard Kennard, the Sum of three hundred pounds
and unto my Sister Mary the Wife of Henry Luck the Sum of One hundred pounds
and unto my Sister Mary White the Sum of One hundred pounds
which said several last named Legacies I desire and direct shall be paid within Eighteen Months next after my decease by
my said Executors
Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Jull for and during the term of her natural life one Annuity or Yearly Sum of fifteen pounds to be paid unto her by equal quarterly payments on the four most usual days of payment in the year (that is to say) on the ninth day of January the sixth day of April the sixth day of July and the eleventh day of October, the first payment thereof to commence and be made on such of the said days of payment as shall first and next happen after my decease
And I do desire and direct that the said Annuity shall be paid unto the proper hands of the said Sarah such that the same may be for her own sole and separate use and benefit exclusive and independent of any Husband she is married to or may marry and not to be subject to but entirely free and exempt from his power and controul and all his debts undertakings and Engagements whatsoever and for which said Annuity I direct and declare that the receipt or receipts of the said Sarah Jull alone (whether she shall be married or sole) shall from time to time be a good and sufficient discharge and good and sufficient discharges
And I do desire and direct my said Executors within three Months next after my decease to make and Execute unto my Brother in Law Henry Luck a Bond in a suitable Penalty for the better securing and for the benefit of the said Sarah Jull the payment of the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of Fifteen pounds at the days and times before mentioned
Also I do desire and direct my said Executors to permit my honored Mother to live and reside in the
Messuage I now reside in for and during the term of her natural life without paying any rent or
consideration for the same
and (subject thereto) I give and bequeath the said Messuage or Tenement and
also the Outhouses Edifices and Buildings pieces or parcels of Land thereunto belonging with the
appurtenances situate at West Farleigh aforesaid and which I now hold and occupy of the Dean and
Chapter of Rochester under a Lease thereof by them granted to me And all my Estate rents and Interest of and in the said
Messuage Lands and Premisses
And also all my ready Money and or Securities for Money Household Goods and Implements of Household live and
dead Stock upon my Farms and my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (my just debts Legacies
Funeral and Testamentary Expences being first paid and satisfied) unto my said Brothers John Savage
and William Savage their Executors Admors. [Administrators] and assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike
And whereas I sometime (was) contracted with Joseph King of West Farleigh aforesaid Esquire for the purchase of several pieces or parcels of Land containing together by estimation nineteen acres (be the same more or less) situate at West Farleigh aforesaid and now in my own occupation and have paid to the said Joseph King part of the purchase Money for the same but no conveyance thereof hath yet been made and executed to me Now I do desire and direct my said Brothers (if I shall not have completed the purchase of the said pieces of Land at the time of my decease) to complete the purchase thereof And I do hereby give and devise the said pieces or parcels of Land Hereditaments and premisses unto them my said Brothers John Savage and William Savage their Heirs and Assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants
And I do revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do declare this to be my last
Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said George Savage the Testator have to this my last Will
and Testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand and seal / to wit / my hand to the first
sheet and my hand and seal to this second and last sheet dated the day and Year first Before written

George Savage was buried at All Saints, West Farleigh on 7th May 1819 aged 40 years.
George was baptised at West Farleigh 24 Jul 1778, son of John and "Mary" (should be Sarah)
Sister Eleanor Savage married Richard Kennard of East Farleigh on 29th Jan. 1798 at West Farleigh.
Witnesses were Sarah Savage and Mary Kennard
Sister Mary Savage, Sp., otp., married Henry Luck of Wateringbury on 25th Aug. 1800 at West Farleigh.
Witnesses were: William Luck, Martha Luck and Sarah Savage
Sister Sarah Savage, Sp., otp., married Richard Jell (Jull), Ba. of Shorne on 12th April 1802 at St. Mary
Magdalene, Cobham. Witnesses were: Rebecca Savage and Richard Savage
Sister Rebecca Savage, otp., married William White of Low Layton, Essex on 2nd Apr 1810 at West
Farleigh. Witnesses were John Savage and Mary Shearman
Brother Richard Savage, Ba., otp., married Jane Fenner, Sp., otp. on 14th Jan. 1806 at St. Mary Magdalene,
Cobham. Witnesses were Rebecca Savage and Sophia Fenner.
Brother William Watson Savage and Frances Iggulden, both otp., were married at St. Michael and All
Angels, Marden on 26th Feb. 1814, with consent of parents. Witnesses were Susan Bowlden and William Harris.
