First I nominate and appoint my Brother William Iggulden of Cranbrook in the said County of Kent
Butcher and Godfrey West of Marden aforesaid Harness Maker joint Executors of my said Will
And I direct that all my just debts Funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid and satisfied by my said
Executors as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
And as to for and concerning all and every my monies and Securities for money Goods Chattels rights Credits and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the same be or consist of (after and Subject to the payment of my just debts Funeral and testamentary Expenses) I give and bequeath the same and every of them and every part thereof unto the said William Iggulden and Godfrey West their Executors Administrators and Assigns
And I declare and direct that they the said William Iggulden and Godfrey West and the Survivor of them
and the Executors Administrators and Assigns of such Survivor do and shall stand possessed of and
interested in the said Personal Estate and Effects
In Trust for the use and benefit of my two Children Sarah Watson Savage and Mary Savage equally between them share and
share alike to be a vested Interest and vested Interests in them respectively when and as soon as they shall severally and
respectively attain to the Age of twenty one Years or be married such marriage being with the consent of
my trustee or trustees for the time being
And the Interest of the respective Shares of such Children to be applied and disposed of in the mean time
for or towards her and their maintenance Education and Advancement in the World in such manner as
my said trustees or trustee for the time being shall in their or his discretion think fit
And I do hereby as far as I can and legally may also appoint the said William Iggulden and Godfrey West Guardians of the
persons and property of my said Children during their respective minorities
And it is my Will and I do hereby request that they my said Executors and trustees do and shall use their utmost endeavours to obtain a Settlement of the Affairs of my late Husband William Watson Savage deceased and of his Brother George Savage also deceased and by all proper and legal means and remedies recover possession of and get in all such real and Personal Estate which they the said Sarah Watson Savage and Mary Savage as the two only Children and Co heiresses at Law of their said late Father deceased now are or shall become entitled to under the last Will and Testament of the said George Savage deceased or otherwise howsoever
Provided always and I do hereby declare my Will to be that it shall and may be lawful to and for my said trustees and Executors and each of them and their respective Heirs Executors and Administrators by and out of all or any of the monies which by virtue of this my Will shall come to their or either of their hands to deduct retain to and reimburse themselves and himself all such reasonable Costs Charges loss of time and expenses as they respectively shall or may Sustain expend or be put unto in or about the execution of this my Will or any of the trusts hereby in them reposed
And also that they my said trustees and executors and their respective heirs Executors and Administrators shall be Charged and Chargeable only with and for his own receipts payments Acts and wilful defaults and not the one for the receipts payments Acts and defaults of the other of the and shall not be Charged or Chargeable with and for any Sum or Sums of money other than such as shall actually and respectively come to their or his hands by virtue of this my Will notwithstanding their or either of their joining in any receipt for the Sake of Conformity nor be Charged or Chargeable with or for any loss or damage which may happen in or about any of the trusts hereby in them reposed without their respective wilful defaults
And lastly I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and declare this only to be and contain my
last Will and testament
In Witness whereof I the said Frances Savage the testatrix have to this my last
Will and testament contained in two sheets of Paper set my hand and Seal (that is to say) my hand to the
first and my hand ad Seal to this last Sheet thereof the day and year first above written

Proved at London the 12th November 1823 before the Judge by the Oaths of William Iggulden the Brother & Godfrey West Executors to whom Admon. [Administration] was granted having been first Sworn by Comon duly to Administer.
Notes:
Frances Savage was buried at All Saints, West Farleigh on 17th July 1823, aged just 30.
Husband William Watson Savage was buried at West Farleigh on 28th May 1819, aged 33.
William Watson Savage married Frances Iggulden, both otp., with consent of parents, on 26th February
1814 at St. Michael and All Angels, Marden. Witnesses were Susan Bowlden and Thomas Harris.
William Watson Savage was christened 5th August 1785, s. of John and Mary Savage, at All Saints, West Farleigh.
His siblings (all christened at West Farleigh): 24 Jul 1778 George and Richard; 20 Oct 1780 Mary; 14 Nov 1783 Rebeccah.
William Watson and Frances' children were christened at Marden:
Sarah Watson Savage, d. of William Watson, Farmer, and Frances on 29th November 1815; Mary, 15th June 1817.
