In the Name of God Amen I Mary Saxby of Penshurst in the County of Kent Widow (being at this time weak in body but of sound perfect and disposing mind and memory praised be Almighty God for the same but considering the certainty of Death and the uncertainty of the time thereof) nowe thought convenient to Settle and dispose of my worldly Estate which it hath pleased God to bestow on me in such manner as no contention or trouble may happen or arise about the same after my decease therefore I make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form Following

Imprimis I recommend my immortal Soul into the hands and gratious Acceptance of Almighty God who gave it hoping and Firmly trusting to obtain the Salvation thereof by and through the alone Merits and Mediation of Jesus Christ the righteous
And my body I commit to the Earth from whence it was taken to be therein decently buried near my Relations at Blatchinglye in the County of Surrey

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son William Saxby and to my Daughter Elizabeth Saxby and to my Daughter Anne the Wife of Abraham Floyd equally share and share alike and to their heirs and Assigns for ever All that my Farme and Lands with the Hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging at Speldhurst in the County of Kent aforesaid now in the tenure or Occupation of John Beecher

Item I give and bequeath unto my said two Daughters Elizabeth and Anne the Sume of One hundred pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to each of them to be taken by my said Daughter Elizabeth as Executrix and to be taken by my said Daughter Anne by my Executor and Executrix herein after named within Six months after my decease
But if my Daughter Anne shall happen to dye without heirs of her body then I will that she shall give or cause to be given to my Executor and Executrix sufficient Security (at the time of her receiving the said Sume) that the said One hundred pounds so given to her shall return and be paid to my said Son and Daughter William and Elizabeth equally share and share alike after the decease of my said Daughter Anne

Item I give to my said Son William and my said two Daughters Elizabeth and Anne Tenn pounds more of like lawfull Money to each of them to buy them Sutes of Mourning Clothes

Item I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattells and Personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever which shall remain after my Legacies and Funerall expences unto my said Son William and Daughter Elizabeth equally Share and share alike

And I doe hereby make constitute and appoint them my said Son and Daughter William and Elizabeth joint and equall Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me heretofore made by me heretofore made And declare this present Writing consisting of One Sheet of Paper to be and contain my only last Will and Testament
