I direct my Executors hereinafter named to divide the whole of my property either in possession reversion or expectancy as soon as convenient after my decease (after the payment of my just and lawful debts) into three equal parts two of which parts to be set aside for the education and maintenance of my youngest daughter Mary Anne in the best manner they may think proper till she attains her twenty first year when the remainder of her share (if any be left) shall be hers absolutely
The other or third part shall be divided equally between my two daughters Emily and Naomi each of them to receive their share as they attain their twenty first year
I hereby appoint Mr. George Taylor brewer of Hadlow and Mr. Isaac Brotherwood grocer
of Hadlow my Executors to carry into execution this my last Will and Testament

In the Prerogative Court of Canterbury In the Goods of John Saxby deceased
Appeared Personally George John Vine of Hadlow in the County of Kent surgeon and
made oath that he is one of the subscribed witnesses to the last Will and Testament of
John Saxby late of Hadlow in the County of Kent miller deceased the same being now
hereto annexed and bearing the date the sixth day of May one thousand eight hundred and
fifty two
And he further made oath that on the said sixth day of May one thousand eight hundred
and fifty two the said Testator duly executed his said will by signing his name at the foot
or end thereof in the presence of him the deponent and of John Bunyan Mc.Cure his
fellow subscribed witness both present at the same time and he the deponent and the said
John Bunyan Mc.Cure then attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the
said testator and of each other as witnesses of the execution thereof
George John Vine
On the Thirteenth day of May 1853 the said George John Vine was duly sworn to the
truth of this affidavit before me � William V Dawson, Commissioner
Proved at London the 26th May 1853 before the Judge by the oath of George Taylor one of the Executors to whom admon was granted having first been sworn by common duly to administer. Power reserved of making the like grant to Isaac Brotherwood the other Executor when he shall apply for the same.
