This is the last Will and Testament of me Anna Saywell of Sittingbourne in the County of Kent Widow made and published this thirteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy five

First I give and devise unto my Nephew John Huggens and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that my Capital Messuage or Tenement called the Old Brewhouse and the two Cottages or Tenements Malthouse Barn Stables Closes Yards Gardens Orchards Hop Ground and Planted Grounds thereunto belonging or appertaining containing together by Estimation twelve Acres more or less with the Appurtenances And also all that Dike and Spring and Springs of Water therewith used lately belonging to a Messuage or Premises called Paradise herein after mentioned All which said Messuages Cottages Lands and Premises are situate lying and being in the Parishes of Milton next Sittingbourne and Sittingbourne aforesaid in the said County of Kent and now are or late were in the several Tenures or Occupations of William Winch Thomas King Stephen Bridge and me the said Anna Saywell or some or one of us or of our or some or one of our Assigns or Undertenants

And I also give and devise unto my nephew Thomas Huggens and to his heirs and Assigns for ever All that my Messuage or Tenement called Paradise (except the Dike and Spring and Springs of Water above mentioned and now used with the said Capital Messuage or Tenement called the Old Brewhouse) and the Land and Premises thereunto belonging with their Appurtenances situate lying and being in Milton aforesaid and now or late in the Tenure or Occupation of Thomas Abbott
And also all those my two Messuages or Tenements and the Buildings Backsides Yards Gardens Land and Premises to them belonging or appertaining with their appurtenances also situate lying and being in Milton aforesaid at or near the Key there and now or late in the several Tenures or Occupations of Gabriel Hunter or William Page or their Assigns

Also I give unto my said Nephew John Huggens my Silver Tea Pot and Salver and six of my Silver Tea Spoons and my Silver Tea Tongs
And I give unto my said Nephew Thomas Huggens all the Rest and Residue of my Silver Plate of every kind and the Sum of One hundred Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid and delivered to him within three Calendar months next after my decease

Also I give unto my said Nephews Thomas Huggens and John Huggens my best Linnen and China equally to be divided between them

And as to all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels ready Monies Moneys in the Public Stocks or Funds or due to me on Mortgages Bonds Notes or otherwise howsoever And all other my Personal Estate of every sort or kind soever that shall remain and be left after Payment of all my just Debts Legacies and Funeral Charges the charge of proving this my last Will and Testament and other incident expences I give the same and every part thereof unto my said Nephew John Huggens

And do constitute and appoint him my said Nephew John Huggens sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made

And it is my Will and mind and I do hereby order and direct that my said Nephew John Huggens shall and do take care of and find and provide good and sufficient Meat Drink Washing Lodging Apparel Cloathing Physic and all other necessaries whatsoever both in Sickness and in health for Mary King who now lives with me during the term of her natural Life out of my Real and Personal Estates by me given and devised to him And which I do hereby charge with the same
