This is the last Will and Testament of me Frances Scoones of Goudhurst in the County of Kent Spinster made and published the twelfth day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty three

First I nominate constitute and appoint my sister Mary Hills of Throwley in the said County Executrix of my said Will I desire to be decently buried and that a head Stone be afterwards placed at my Grave

I give and bequeath all my Clothes and apparel of all sorts to my said Sister Mary Hills and my faithful friend and fellow Servant Mary Ann Wallis equally to be divided between them
I also give to the said Mary Ann Wallis my Mahogany Tea Caddy and the Ladles used therewith for her own use and benefit
I also give to the said Mary Ann Wallis the sum of ten pounds now placed in the Savings Bank Tunbridge Wells to be disposed for me as I have desired her and which I have full confidence in her doing

All the rest and residue of my ready money and securities for money in the Public Stocks or funds and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same after payment and satisfaction of my just debts funeral and Testamentary Expences and other incidental charges unto my said Sister Mary Hills to and for her own sole and separate use and benefit absolutely

And I revoke and make void all other Wills and testamentary papers by me heretofore made and Published In Witness whereof I the said Frances Scoones the testatrix have to this my last Will and testament subscribed and set my hand & seal the day and year first above written F Scoones
