I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estates respectively and every part thereof including the money to be received from the Equitable Insurance Office on my Life Policy unto my children namely William Dalton Scoones Jane Harriet the Wife of Mr John Mercer Junior Francis Scoones Philip Scoones and Harry Barham Scoones in equal shares and proportions their respective heirs executors and administrators
in exclusion of my daughter Mary Ann Scoones inasmuch as she will be entitled at my decease to the sum of three thousand pounds under the Settlement made on my marriage with her deceased Mother and which is now secured by mortgage on part of my real Estate
And I appoint my sons William Dalton Scoones and Francis Scoones joint Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I the said William Scoones the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of
paper set my hand the twenty second day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty one Willm Scoones
