Imprimis I Give to my Sister Sarah Saxby all my Freehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments for and during the term of her
natural Life
and after her decease I Give the same to her Son Thomas Saxby for and during the term of his natural Life
and after his decease I Give the Brick Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenances in the Tenure of Bartholomew Tyns Baker to
George Earle the younger Son of George Earle of London Gentleman and Grandson of my said Sister Sarah Saxby and to
the Heirs of his Body
and for default of Issue to the Heirs of the Body of the said Thomas Saxby and for want of such Issue to
John Trahern now living with me and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever
and from and after the decease of my said Sister Sarah Saxby and her Son Thomas Saxby I Give the Messuage
or Tenements with the Appurts in the Tenure of Matthew Plummage and his Undertenants unto Elizabeth Trahern Sister
of the said John Trahern and the Heirs of her Body
and for default of Issue to her Brother John Trahern his Heirs and Assigns for ever
Item I Give to the said John Trahern all my Leasehold Messuages Lands and Tenements subject to the
Rents and Covenants contained in the Leases thereof and to an Annuity of five pounds a Year to my said Sister Sarah Saxby for her Life
Item I Give to the said John Trahern such one of the Horses which I shall die possessed of as he shall chuse
and all the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Effects I direct shall be sold and my Debts Funeral and other incident Charges to be
thereout paid and the surplus thereof I direct shall be divided into four equal parts
one fourth part I Give to the said Thomas Saxby
another fourth part to the said George Earle Junr
another fourth part to the said John Trahern
and the remaining fourth part to the said Elizabeth Trahern
and I appoint my friend Mr St John Humphrey of Beckinham in the said County of Kent Yeoman together with the said John Trahern
Executors of this my Will
lastly I revoke all former Wills and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
