I give & bequeath to my Son Thomas Sealey the sume of One hundred pounds.
I give & bequeath to my daughter Elisabeth, Wife of Daniel Kemp the elder, the sum of One hundred Pounds.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary, Wife of Edward Wood, the sum of One hundred Pounds.
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Elliot the sum of One hundred & fifty pounds.
I give & bequeath to the children of my son Thomas Sealey as followeth, that is to say,
to George Sealey I give Twenty Pounds.
To William Sealey I give Twenty Pounds.
To Elisabeth Sealey I give Twenty Pounds.
I give and bequeath to the children of my Daughter Mary, Wife of Daniel Kemp the elder, as followeth � i.e.
I give to James Kemp fifteen pounds.
I give to Daniel Kemp fifteen pounds.
I give to Mary Snelling fifteen pounds.
I give to Elisabeth Alderton fifteen pounds.
And I give to William Kemp fifteen pounds.
I give and bequeath to the children of my Daughter Mary, wife of Edward Wood as followeth. That is to say,
I give and bequeath to Mary Watson the sum of five pounds.
To Edward Wood I give five pounds.
To Martha Wood I give five pounds.
To George Wood I give the sum of five pounds.
To Alice Wood I give five pounds.
To Samuel Wood I give five pounds.
To James Wood I give five pounds.
To Sophia Wood I give five pounds.
To Robert Wood I give five pounds.
To Jesse Wood I give the sum of five pounds.
To Frances Wood I give the sum of Ten pounds.
And to Daniel Wood I give the sum of Ten pounds.
And my Will is that the aforesaid Legacies shall be paid within twelve calendar months next after my Decease, except to such of my Grandchildren as shall not then have attained the age of Twenty one years, for whom the said legacies shall be put out to use & paid with lawful interest for the same to each as they shall respectively come to the age of Twenty one years.
The residue and remainder of my goods, Furniture and Effects whatsoever & wheresoever, after the payment of my just debts, funeral expences & the expence of proving this my last Will and Testament, I give & bequeath to Thomas Sealey, Daniel Kemp the elder and Edward Wood.
And I hereby nominate and appoint Thomas Sealey and Daniel Kemp the elder to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament. And I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and do publish and declare this only to be my last Will & Testament.
In witness whereof I the said George Sealey have to this my last Will & Testament set my Hand & Seal. Dated the Day & Year first above written.
