Viz that he did leave unto the dissposition of his wife all that he had and that he made his wife Mary patonate? le Sedt his Executric and his brother Jacob le Sedt and Godeon Despaigne? overseers

and should his said wife should decease or dye that the said Jacob le Sedt and Gideon Despaigne should be his executors

also that if all his Children should thence? to decease or dye that then the neerest kindred as were of his side as of his wife should share equally, but in case his said wife should survive her children and that she should have spoused anything and dying without children that then what shee hath spoused shall attain? of her side or kindred with the one halfe heeron specified

Exec (???) wth speeches words or in the same tenor of effect have been pronounced by the said Cornillus le Sedt being in good sense understanding and memory of his free will and to intenet In the presence of Jacob le Sedt and Mary Matton? wife of John du Rieu in certification where of the said deposers signed and sealed this puts? this seaventeenth day of January 1666 in the presence of Anthony Denis sworne Clerk to re..erne the Contracts and writting wth are made betweene the strangers underwritten.
