Item I give unto Henry Seger my sonne twenty marks of like lawfull money of
England to be payd unto him when he shall accomplish the age of seaventene yeares
If it happen that any of my sayd sonnes dye before they shall come to the age aforesayd then my will
and mynd is that the port[i]on of such as shall be dead shall remaine equally to the rest that shall be livinge
All the residue of my moveable goods and Cattells my debts and legacyes discharged I give unto Joane my wife whome I make appoynt and ordayne sole executor of this my last will and testament
Item I give unto Joane my wife the house wherein now I dwell and all my lands during the naturall life of the sayd Joane my wife shee bringing upp my children and after the decease of my say(d) wife I give and bequeath my sayd house and all my sayd land equally amongest soe many of my Children as shall be then livinge
