Also I give devise and bequeath All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every of their appurtenances unto and to the use of my Dear Wife Mary Sell and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life (she and they keeping the same in good and sufficient repair)
And from and after her decease I give and devise the same unto and to the use of my sons Thomas, Samuel and William and my daughter Mary wife of Thomas Woollington their heirs and assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants
Also I give and bequeath the sum of twenty five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain unto my said son Thomas to be paid to him within one month next after the decease of my said wife
Also (from and after payment of my just debts legacy and funeral expences the charges of proving this my will and other incident charges attending the Execution hereof) I give and bequeath the use wearing and profit of all and every the rest and residue of my Ready money and security for money debts, plate, linen, woollen, pewter, brass, bedds, bedding, household stuff and implements of household, goods, chattells and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said wife Mary for and during the term of her natural life
and from and after her decease I give and bequeath the said residue of my Personal Estate unto my said sons Thomas, Samuel and William and daughter Mary equally to be divided between them share and share alike and to their respective executors and administrators
And I do hereby make and appoint my said wife Mary and friend Aaron Waddup of Chatham aforesaid Taylor Executors of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Sell the testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty eight
And it is my will also that my mony that is now out upon security shall as it is paid be put into the Bank
of Engalnd and my wife to receive the interest thereof dureing her natural life

Thomas Sell was christened 27 March 1714 in Loose, Kent, first married 1736 in Maidstone to Ann Athawes, and buried 1768 in Boxley.
