In the Name of God Amen I Robert Sellen of Maidstone in the County of Kent Husbandman being in a bad State of Health of Body but of sound and disposing Mind and Memory (Praised be Almighty God) do make Publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

First I give and bequeath unto Mary Beckett my Housekeeper the Moneys which I shall have out at Interest at the time of my decease in the hands of Mr George Prentis to be delivered to her in six Months after my decease

Also I give to the said Mary Beckett all my Household Goods Linnen and Effects of what nature or kindsoever to be taken by her immediately after my decease

and after Payment of my Debts Funeral Expences Probation of this my Will and other incident Charges all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels ready Money and Securities for Money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever that I shall die possessed of I give and bequeath to the said Mary Beckett her Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever

and Lastly I do nominate and appoint the said Mary Beckett sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking any former Will or Wills by me heretofore made I do declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five Robert Sellen
