I then give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Elizabeth after all my just debts
funeral and testamentary expences are paid All the Rest and Residue of my Personal and Real Property or Estate of
whatsoever nature or description namely all my Household Furniture Plate Linen & China all my ready money securities for
money goods chattels & effects to have hold and enjoy
Likewise all my real or freehold property containing three Houses with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging situate
laying and being in Stone Street in the Town of Maidstone aforesaid adjoining each other Numbers as follows 128 129 &
130 the first in my own occupation the next by Mr Wenman and the third or last No 130 by Phoebe Bridges or their
undertenants at the respective annual rents off the Issues and Profits of which my dear wife to have and to hold and enjoy the
benefits thenceforth arising therefrom during the term of her natural life or continues unmarried again
and at her decease it is my express will and pleasure the whole of my said Real and Personal Estate or Property shall descend and go to my two surviving married Daughters in equal shares or portions (namely) Eliza Perch and Hannah Ann Dutnall them their heirs and assigns absolutely and for ever
And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my dear wife Elizabeth Executrix and my Son in Law John Dutnall of the Parish of Wrotham in the County of Kent a Taylor joint Executors of this my last Will & Testament their heirs or assigns hereby revoking all former Wills or Codicils by me heretofore made
