This is the Last will of me Thomas Serlys thelder of Wye made the xxj daye of August in the xxv yere of the Reynge of Kyng Henry the viij
Fyrst I will & bequethe my Sowle to almyghtye Jesu And to his blessed mother owr lady & to all the co[m]penye of hevyn, my Bodye to be Buryed wtin the churche of Wye aforeseyd if I dye in the Seyd p[ar]ishe And if nott then where it shalbe thought best by myne Executor

Item I bequeth to the College of Wye xiijs iiijd
Item I will th[a]t at the daye of my Burying to evry pr[i]est dwellyng wtin the seyd pishe th[a]t will fetche my boddye where I shall fortune to dye wtin the seid pishe, and to syng or saye dyryge [dirige] and masse for my Sowle and all xpen [Christian] sowles viijd
Item to evry Clerke of the seyd College now beyng or at that tyme shal fortune to be in s[er]vyce wt the master of the seyd College to do as afore is seid iiijd
Item to evry childe callyd queristers [choristers] that daily use to serve the quere with Song ijd
Item to evry other prest that shall fortune to cum and syng masse there that daye for my Sowle And all xpen Sowles vjd
Item I will to evry prest, clerke and queryster within the seyd pishe to syng and saye dyrige and masse at my mothis [month's] daye to have in the lyke wyse as at the daye of my buryall
Item I will th[a]t at my yeres mynde evry preste, clerke & queryster then beyng in s[er]vyce there shalhave in lyke man[ne]r as is Assigned at my buryall
Item I bequeth to the pishe clerks and querysters of the seyd College yerely to sing and saye dyryge and masse for my Sowle and all xpen Sowles by the space of xix yeres next aftr the fyrst yere determyind evrye yere iijs iiijd amongs theme to be devydyd

Item I will to Sybell the wyffe of my sonne Thomas aftr the decesse of the seyd Thomas my sonne all suche Landys whice I lately bowght of Andrewe Edwards sometyme Wyllcoks for terme of her lyff except suche Lands as I have soylde to Mighell Bett
Item I will to Rose Serles dowghtr of my Sonne Thomas xx marks in fowrme folowing to be payd, th[a]t is to saye, at the daye of her maryage vjli xiijs iiijd [£6 13s 4d] And at that daye twelvemoneths other in full payment of the foreseyd xx marks so that she be Rulyd by her father & mother

Item I bequethe Willm Hathfeld xls when he comyth to the Age of xxj yeres And if he dye wythin the seyd Age I will the seid xls shall Remayne to Thomas my sonne
Item I Bequeth to Robert Churcheman my s[er]vant vs
Item to Robert Oflayne my svant iijs iiijd
Item to Johane Bee xxs so that she serve? wyth Thomas my sonne & his wiffe tyll the tyme of there maryage
Item I Bequeth yt Repacyon [repairs] of the Churche of Wye vli [£5]
Item I bequeth to the fowle wayes in the pishe of Wye xxxiijs iiijd to be bestowid at the Assignmet of my sonne
Item to the obsnat [observant] fiers [friars] at Cathurbury [Canterbury] xs
Item to Johane Allerd my goddowghtr iijs iiijd
Item to evry of my godchildren that will Ax [ask] it of myne executors vijs viijd?

The Resydue of all my goods And movables nott willyd I will And bequeth to Thomas Serles my Sonne whome onely I make and ordeyn myne Executor to p[er]forme this my will and Testament
