Item I give and bequeath unto my now servant Katherine Edmonds the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid her by my Executor and Executrix herein after named or one of them in three months next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my servant John Lewis? the sum of five pounds to be paid him by my said Executor and Executrix in case he shall live servant with me at the time of my decease
Item I give and bequeath the sum of five pounds to such child or children of my Kinsman William Brockwell late of Milton next Sittingbourn aforesaid Baker deceased if more than one equally to be divided between them share and share alike and to be paid them by my Executor and Executrix herein after named in one month next after my decease
Item I give devise and bequeath unto my son in Law Henry Gibbons of Maidstone Innhold and my daughter Sarah now wife of the said Henry Gibbons and those my several messuages or tenements backsides gardens lands and premises with their appurtenances situate lyeing and being in Milton aforesaid and all other my messuages or tenements with the lands hereditaments and premises thereunto belonging and all my real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever in the County of Kent or elsewere to have and to hold unto the said Henry Gibbons and Sarah his wife and to their heirs and assigns forever
Item my will and mind is that my just debts legacys herein before given and bequeathed funeral charges and the charges of the probate of this my last Will and Testament be paid and satisfied out of my personal Estate Then I give and bequeath my said son Henry Gibbons and to the said Sarah his wife all the rest residue and remainder of my ready money household goods bonds mortgages notes and all the remainder of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of nature and kind soever
Item I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son in law Henry Gibbons and the said Sarah his wife Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
in witness wereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of April in the eighth year of the reign of

The above registered Will of John Sharp deceased was proved the sixth day of December 1736 before �
� lawfully constituted by the oath of Henry Gibbons son in law of the deceased and one of the Executors
named in the said [will to whom] Administration of the goods chattles and credits of the said deceased
was committed he being sworn well and truly to perform the same the like power being reserved to the
other Executrix to prove the same when she thinks fit
